Milan, 21 October 2021 – For a unique and unprecedented shopping experience: with this ambitious goal, the Koelliker Group is launching the new e-Market environment of Mitsubishi Motors Italia, at shop.mitsubishi-motors.it.
The Japanese brand marks the start of Koelliker’s digital strategy, which will soon see the other brands distributed in Italy by the Milanese importer enter e-commerce.
The new end-to-end e-commerce platform, which complements the traditional way of purchasing through the official dealership network, has been specially developed by Microsoft Italy, the Group’s technology partner, using the Dynamics 365 Commerce cloud platform and integrated artificial intelligence functions to provide a complete, satisfying, and convenient customer experience.
Through the Koelliker e-Market, you choose the Mitsubishi model you are interested in, configure it, pay the deposit by credit card and then choose one of the two payment methods – payment by bank transfer within 20 days of order confirmation or financing – and finally select the type of delivery: home delivery or delivery at e-Market points, located throughout the country.
It is atotally personalised buying experience, starting on the online platform and ending with the delivery of the car by specialised staff, who explain and provide all the information about the newly purchased car.
If it is a gift or a surprise, to make the moment even more special, you can opt for ‘Special’ delivery.

This marks the start of our new omnichannel strategy, which allows users to choose for themselves which channel to use – online, offline, or both.
